E-Z-GO was founded in 1954 in Augusta, GA., E-Z-GO became part of Textron Inc. in 1960.  E-Z-GO acquired the Cushman line in the 1990s, after Cushman acquired the Noland Car Company in the late 1980's.  Noland Car Company was owned and operated by our family, providing Greg & Carrie Welsh with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the manufacturing arena.

In 2011, Textron purchased the BAD BOY BUGGIES line of vehicles.  This electric vehicle line, with it's rugged outdoor character gives the sportman a vehicle that will get the job done!
